These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Bagspacked.life (the "Service"), operated by Bagspacked ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Bagspacked helps you organise your travel by reading booking confirmation emails from a mailbox you choose to connect (or that you manually provide via paste, file upload, or forwarded email), extracting details such as flights, accommodation, and dates, and presenting them as an itinerary alongside checklists and trip-planning tools you can edit yourself. You can also optionally store travel documents — such as boarding passes, visas, and insurance certificates — against your account or a specific trip, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You need an account to use Bagspacked. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must be old enough to legally agree to these Terms in your jurisdiction to create an account.
Bagspacked uses automated tools, including a third-party AI service, to extract booking details from emails and documents. This process can make mistakes — dates, confirmation numbers, or other details may occasionally be extracted incorrectly, or a booking may not be detected at all.
Bagspacked is a planning aid, not a source of truth. Always verify critical details (flight times, confirmation numbers, check-in requirements) directly with your airline, hotel, or booking provider before relying on them — especially before travel.

When you connect a mailbox, you're granting Bagspacked read-only access as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect a mailbox at any time from Settings.
If you generate a share link for a trip, you're responsible for who you send that link to — anyone with the link can view that trip's details.
If you choose to upload documents — such as a passport scan, visa, or insurance certificate — you're responsible for the documents you store and for their sensitivity. We don't read, scan, or analyse the contents of documents you upload; see our Privacy Policy for how they're stored and who can access them. You can delete any document at any time.
You must have the right to store and use any document you upload, and agree not to upload documents belonging to someone else without their permission.
Bagspacked is currently free to use. We may introduce paid plans or premium features in the future. If we do, we'll clearly communicate pricing and any changes before they affect you, and continued use of free features will not require payment unless you choose to upgrade.
You can stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or where required by law.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that extracted booking data will always be accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bagspacked and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service — including missed flights, cancelled bookings, or costs incurred due to inaccurate or missing itinerary information. Your use of the Service, and reliance on any information it provides, is at your own risk.
We may update these Terms from time to time as the Service evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use Bagspacked after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
